For more than 20 years, our work has centered on strengthening organizations and communities through organizational development, grant development and funding strategy, nonprofit development, entrepreneurship, and strategic partnerships.
Our approach goes beyond completing a project or securing a grant. We work to understand the vision behind the organization, identify the resources needed to move it forward, and help build the infrastructure necessary for sustainable growth.
Through this work, Aimwell has helped organizations secure more than $50 million in grant funding, supported the development of 200+ nonprofit organizations, and assisted in the formation of 125+ businesses.
Today, Aimwell is also expanding its work internationally, developing relationships and strategic partnerships that connect organizations, institutions, entrepreneurs, and leaders across the United States and Africa, with a growing focus on Ghana.

Meet the Founder
Burgess Peoples is the Founder and Principal Strategist of Aimwell Digital Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit development, grant strategy, organizational capacity building, entrepreneurship, community development, and strategic partnerships.
Throughout her career, Burgess has worked alongside nonprofit organizations, businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, and community leaders to transform ideas into sustainable initiatives. Through Aimwell's work, organizations have secured more than $50 million in grant funding, while more than 200 nonprofit organizations and 125 businesses have received support in building the structure and foundation necessary for growth.

nown for bringing people, resources, and opportunities together, Burgess approaches organizational development from a partnership perspective—helping leaders move beyond simply launching programs to building organizations capable of attracting resources, developing meaningful collaborations, and creating measurable community impact.
Her work is now expanding internationally, with a growing focus on building strategic relationships between the United States and Africa, particularly Ghana. This work centers on strengthening connections across the African diaspora through education, entrepreneurship, workforce development, institutional partnerships, and sustainable economic development.
